For some, the thought of an early alarm call be it in the summer or, even worse, the winter, can prompt an automatic tap on the snooze button and back to the land of nod without even blinking. *snore* don’t fancy the run to work today *zzzz*..
Others prefer getting into their day slowly and then spending a quick half an hour or an hour during the work lunch, to get their outdoor fix and stretch the legs.
And then there’s the evening runner. Hats off to you! After a days graft, there’s nothing I like more than cooking some nice food and indulging in a cheeky glass of whatever might be in the fridge.
For me, before work is the best time of day. There’s no better way (ahemm) to shake the slumber and fog from your brain, it clears the thoughts and provides the endorphin boost that gets me to my work feeling calm and relaxed, clean and healthy. Running to work works best for me. And it’s free!
I’ve put this little poll together to see if you agree. Or indeed whether I am as mad as some of my co-workers think when I get to my desk! Please participate:
